Shanghai Welltech flow monitoring center was established on June, 2002，which has invested 
several billions Yuan, covers an area of 4000 square meters。

Monitoring center has a capacity of 4 flow standard device and a total of 8 pipeline, there is 3 sets of the variable water flow standard device of dynamic volumetric method, 4 calibration line, maximum standard flow is 25000m3/h, the total uncertainty of system is better than 0.037% and applied for a patent for invention; there is 1 set of flow standard device of high slot voltage weighing method, 4 calibration line, the total uncertainty of system is better than 0.015%. It can check DN3 ~ DN3800 all kinds of diameter of flowmeter, for example: electromagnetic flowmeter, mass flowmeter and so on. It is a water flow standard device which has the biggest current calibration diameter scope, the highest degree of automation, and the highest degree of accuracy of similar equipment calibration precision.
